I’m looking to see how different people’s physical reactions to stress are. For example, my head either hurts or starts spinning and I don’t breathe normally. No offense, but I’m asking how you personally deal with it, I’m not looking for something out of a medical journal; just an individual answer regarding how your body responds to stress.
